Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship across the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check at checkout

Local Pickup — Stafford, VA

Local pickup is available for customers in the Stafford, Virginia area. Select Local Pickup at checkout and your order will be ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email notification when it’s ready. Your order will be clearly labeled and waiting in a secure pickup box at our location. No need to call ahead.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or via the Shop app if you’ve opted in.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us at honeyondutysd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at honeyondutysd@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been fulfilled.
